Machining Capacity
A summary of our current machining capabilities are as follows:
- CNC turning capacity up to 20'' (508mm) diameter and 64.5'' (1638mm) length
- CNC machining centres up to 50.0'' (1270mm) table travel, 25.6'' (640mm) saddle travel and 25.6'' (650mm) head travel
- Thread rolling from 1/2'' (12.5mm) diameter to 7.0'' (178mm) diameter
- A full suite of machines offers milling, drilling, grinding and sawing
- In-house heat treatment together with a fully equipped test and inspection department

In addition to supplying a wide range of products to the offshore sector from Beck Prosper’s Aberdeen facility, we are also able to provide a tool and large component coating refurbishment
