With modern CNC and traditional capstan machinery, milling, broaching and thread rolling, Beck Prosper is capable of supplying an extensive range of threaded items for use in a wide variety of installations.

Engineer and waisted studs, socket head capscrews, 12 point ferry head capscrews, hexagon bolts, setscrews and collar bolts are products frequently supplied. Beck Prosper also supply many non standard items machined to client's own drawings. Typical applications include valves, pumps, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, filters and turbines.

Beck Prosper hold directly, or through approved distributors, many of the UK's refinery studbolt and fastener contracts covering daily maintenance, repair and operational requirements. In many cases this takes the form of “consigned stock” located within the clients own premises. For major shut down and maintenance periods both Kingswinford and Aberdeen are well equipped to cover any requirement including “hot shots”.

All material grades used in the petrochemical industry are catered for; materials generally available are released to both ASTM and ASME Standards. Compatible nut and washer materials are also available from stock. Imperial and metric diameters, 1/4'' - 6'', M6 - M150 are all available with a wide variety of corrosion resistant finishes. Beck Prosper has in-house facilities for heat treatment and testing, shot blasting, PTFE, phosphate and zinc plating.
